Match Report
Ayr United defeated Scottish League One bottom side Arbroath, despite having Michael Donald sent off.
Craig Malcolm gave the home side the perfect start with a low strike but a reckless tackle by Donald resulted in a red card.
Kenny Deuchar headed his first goal since coming out of retirement to pull Arbroath level.
But Ayr regained the advantage through Michael Moffat's 25th goal of the season, a left-foot shot.
