Match Report
Jordan Preston struck a late equaliser as Ayr snatched a point with Peterhead.
Jordon Brown thought he had hit the winner for the visitors when he tucked away a pass from Nicky Riley with four minutes remaining.
But less than two minutes later Preston prodded home a close-range equaliser.
Nicky Devlin headed Ayr ahead in three minutes and Gary McDonald slotted in a leveller before Ayr's Craig Beattie and Steven Noble traded goals ahead of the late drama which ensured a draw.
