Biography

Cameron "Cammy" Smith (born 24 August 1995, Aberdeen, Scotland) is a Scottish forward who joined Ayr United on loan from Dundee United on 22 October 2020, then signed permanently on 20 January 2021 after his Dundee United contract expired. He made 26 appearances and scored 6 goals for Ayr United in the 2020–21 Scottish Championship season, playing mainly as a forward or attacking midfielder. Smith was a youth product at Aberdeen before moving to Partick Thistle and then Dundee United in 2016. After leaving Ayr in summer 2021, he joined Indy Eleven in the USL Championship, then returned to Scotland with Partick Thistle, later playing for Morecambe and Peterhead.
