Match Report
Inverness celebrated promotion to the Scottish Premier League in style with a thumping victory over Ayr United.
Jonathan Hayes fired high into the net on two minutes and Adam Rooney powered in a header soon after.
Richie Foran added a third from six yards, while Eric Odhiambo later slid the ball home from a corner.
Three late goals added extra gloss, with Danny Sanchez heading home before Robert Eagle's close-range finish and a smart Gavin Morrison free-kick.
Defeat leaves Ayr just a point above bottom-placed Airdrie United after their draw with Queen of the South.
