Match Report
Partick Thistle all-but secured third in the Scottish Championship after a goalless draw with Ayr United.
Last season's beaten Premiership play-off finalists lacked a cutting edge at Firhill, but the point should be enough to finish above Airdrionians with a game to play.
The Glasgow side are three points ahead of their Lanarkshire rivals, but with a superior goal difference.
The stalemate was also enough to secure safety for Scott Brown's side.
Ayr close out the campaign at home to Dunfermline on Friday, while Thistle go to champions Dundee United.
