Stranraer remain three points clear at the top of Scottish League One after a comfortable 2-0 win at Ayr United.
Jackson Longridge had already missed from close range before Craig Malcolm slotted home Sean Winter's pass to give the Blues the lead.
Jamie Longworth sealed the win after the break when he headed Willie Gibson's cross into the top corner.
The victory over second-bottom United was Stranraer's fifth win from six league games.
