Match Report

Cove Rangers twice came back to draw with hosts Ayr United in the Scottish Championship.

Dipo Akinyemi scored from close range for Ayr, only for Connor Scully to fire Cove level.

Alex Kirk headed Ayr back in front before the break but Gerry McDonagh struck the visitors' second leveller early in the second period.

And a point took Cove two points above the relegation zone, with Ayr dropping a place to fourth.
