A second-half deluge of goals by Ayr United consigned Airdrie United to a heavy defeat in Division Two.
Paul Willis converted from six yards to put Ayr ahead on 50 minutes and Mark Roberts's 35-yard drive doubled the visitors' advantage.
Strikes by Michael Moffat and Scott McLaughlin added to Ayr's lead.
Airdrie's Euan Grant was sent off for committing a professional foul on Andy Rodgers, who converted the resulting penalty late on.
