Morton kept their play-off hopes alive after earning their first Scottish Championship win in five attempts to defeat Ayr United at Somerset Park.
Connor Malley had the hosts ahead before Kalvin Orsi and Nicky Cadden turned the game around.
It means David Hopkin's men move up to sixth place, now three points off fourth spot.
Ayr, with two games in hand, still occupy that position after missing the chance to climb above Dundee.
